Why it all began...
We believe that yoga is more than what happens on your mat—it's the way you move through the world, the way you connect with yourself and others, the way you make space for what matters. We realized that something powerful happens when you step outside of your daily routine and into a new environment. Retreats create room for deeper transformation: more laughter, more rest, more presence, more connection.
