My offerings are a creative blend of dynamic, heat-building asana alongside movements inspired by my background and training in dance, functional neurology, trauma-informed yoga, and other movement practices. Within one class we often explore similar shapes or themes in different orientations, with lots of options throughout so that you might choose to dive into the version lying down, standing up, or balancing on your hands.
